Again, my heart goes out to the family who recently loss a family member who happens to work as a seaman based abroad, just like my dad. This is why until now, eventhough he has been working over a decade as a maritime worker, we still worries too much about him, because you know, life at sea is one hundred percent more dangerous compare to the land base job. That is why, there are maritime lawyer that are offering their services to those who work in the sea, they are the ones who help them legally with just about any issues or legal matters. So for us, filled with prayers, everytime my dad leaves for another contract of eight months, we, his family continuously pray for his safety and healthy body, because if something happens to him like he gets sick or something, no one will be there to take care of him, all we can do is call him on the telephone and ask how he is doing. That is why, one of my deepest wish now is for us to be able to work abroad so my dad can stay here with my mom and enjoy his life with mom and his grandchild.
