got to be fit day 1 follow up

my plan to diet and slim down is now on track! hopefully, my determination would not crack up on me though. i really want to get my old body back, asap. good thing the husband is so supportive enough to my decision, he even accompanied me to the nearby village to get my morning jog. he also brought along our pet Moogy, since he too needs a little round of jog and exercise. would you believe this dog has his own treadmill?! yes he does! i so envy him, but when i asked a fellow blogger how much is the recent cost of that machine i fainted, they were able to buy at a hefty twenty five thousand bucks! whoa, will opt for a two hour brisk walking around the area. speaking of workout equipments, i was always as in always browsing on sites that offers affordable machines like dumb bells, crunch bed and even trampoline i remember when i was i child i used to jump on my bed imagining it was my big sized trampoline, until my mom caught and scolded me out of it. lol
anyways, here are some of my first day jog...

posing with Moogy

an hour after -- pretty tired huh...

1 1/2 hours after ... both of us are so tired, can you tell? lol

my big love

we are going to watch a movie tonight! yipee! :) and guess what flick we're gonna see? read this... MY BIG LOVE! because of Sam Milby! lol.. good thing the husband agree on my whim... it has been a month of bugging him to accompany me and glad he said yes, making up for the valentines date that he owe me. he just messaged me earlier that if i would like to have a date with him, how sweet! why not?! :) so i'm about get up close and personal with the home theater popcorn machines of the cinema! i'm smelling already the buttery scent of the freshly popped movie snack! yummy! team it up with ripe mango shake from the fruit shake stand. ah, i can't wait! for now, see first the trailer!

CR

one of the greatest thing a very in debt person could have is have his or her debts be studied and analyze of a credit analyst. by that, the person whose in great debt could have a chance in taking his or her life back financially speaking. there are many groups that provides services such as Home Insurance Quotes, Car Insurance availability and debt management, because at times admitted or not people tend to neglect the financial responsibilities that he has to face at the end of each months, by neglecting once or twice means getting yourself into a deep trouble with the companies you owe. with this institution a person can get help by them providing lectures and giving ways on how to bounce back from credit and debt issues you are into. specially in this time of the year, where most are so thrilled and tempted to use credit cards on every shopping purchases in the malls and every shops that accepts credit cards. something that is so unavoidable specially when you see an item that you can't leave the store without. in fact, i am one of this people who tends to forget to stick on my list for the Christmas shopping, i hope i wouldn't get into much trouble for over using my plastic

got to be fit day 1

day 1 --- woke up before 6am -- prep myself up, wore my sneakers and sweats while the husband readied himself and Moogy (our pitbull dog) for a morning jog at the nearby village. left Olin with Ate Mean since we cannot tag her along --in a few more days maybe when she can steadily walk on her own. but for now, it was Moogy whom we are with.
good thing the weather is jiving with us this morning, yesterday was another story --it rained hard in the morning thus we failed to have our got-to-be-fit bonding...
my calves and back is aching right now i tell you! hirap mag-papayat! whew! but i enjoyed the few hours with the husband :)

thinking back

back when i was still working, i realized that there are really a big difference with the compensation and privilege with the Japanese and American Companies compared to Korean and Taiwanese firms, well as to my experience alright? you see, before i landed a slot with my latest Japanese firm i was able to work for a year at a Korean company where i was only receiving the basic monthly salary without over time payments and other add ups, at first i thought its how the way it is with the processing zone companies but when i was able to chit chat with some College friends who are enlisted with the American and Japanese firms i learned that beside the fact that they are getting more than the basic salary required is that they also get a lot of benefits monetary and even claims. insurance are also included with their listings. i felt so sad and unjust, i had to leave the company immediately before i got swallowed whole you know, thus made me apply for another firm and thankfully i got accepted and after being declared as a regular employee i was able to get the other benefits being given to those who are already in a permanent status. imagine, there are even Accident Claims one can receive if something happen to the employee inside or outside the company. i felt pity to my previous co-worker who got hit by a car when he was on his way home after a non paid over time work, imagine he didn't received any amount from the company since he was already outside the premises. i mean, people deserve just and clearly stated privilege here you know, that is why having insurances and possible claims is something every employee would want to have.

cute and cuddly

peachy and joey just gave me this cutie gift! :)

diy fashion

i remember a few years back when me and my sister used to create our own fashion jewelries out of crystal beads, precious stones and even shells for our summer craft. imagine how we are so into in that every week we make it a point to go to Divisoria to purchase the materials we need for our matching jewels, my mom was the one who encouraged us to consider our hobby into a small business. she asked some of her friends if they are interested in buying wholesale jewelry from us which they can retail, and soon there were orders! it was a small time business like the Cheap Wholesale Jewelry that sells out the best accessories at the lowest price possible online!
creating your own jewelry is one good hobby that can possible turn into a business but not for me, since i have to work my sister was left with the creation, up to this time she still get small orders from individuals and stocking a lot of designs for her own use.

high

remember the relative and the family friend that i told you about who were once and twice or more in their life became a drug dependent, well in connection with drug abuse a family friend just recently approaches and asks my mom's opinion on where to bring her niece or nephew, well i'm confused, anyways, yes, she is looking for a rehabilitation that will do the drug rehab , drug detox and alcoholism dependency withdrawal of the said person. having a broad experience on dealing with drug users in the family, my mom suggested different rehabilitation that might meet the needs of the person, but of course it depends on the prescription drug treatment programs the said rehab will offer for the patient. in our case with my cousin, he told us that he has been to different kinds of programs since he has been to almost all the rehabs in the country, be it the highest paid rehab to the free of charge kind. and he said that some of the programs dished out for the drug dependents sometimes makes them more in the wanting feeling of taking drugs, making them feel the urge of taking again. that is why when the time came and they were discharge of the rehab they will go and have again take those dangerous drugs.and once again became a drug addict. and the cycle goes on...my aunts and other family members will then again look for another rehab that hopefully might be able to help my cousin withdraw from his addiction

Oceanarium --- cheap or expensive?

the husband and i were arguing about the soon to open Oceanarium beside Luneta, he said that the entrance price of P400 is not reasonable for the Pinoy's. but for me, it's cheap! i mean, based from what the press release says ha, that it is larger than the one in Singapore and Hong Kong, men, sulit yun! di ba? i just need kakampi now. but even if it costs a lot more than that, pustahan tayo mauuna pa tong lalakeng toh sakin dun... ala-Kuya Kim din ang dugo nito eh! lol.
san nga ba ulet located toh? :)

Six Unimportant things/habits/quirks about my self.

  1. i love opening so many tabs while browsing sites, thus making me so lito on what to read first.
  2. i love making super boiling hot coffee and waiting for it to cool down before drinking --30minutes waiting time.
  3. i usually forgot to drink after every meal
  4. i eat the chocolate cover of everything first before biting the cookie or wafer or whatever inside
  5. i eat half of the fries stick first before giving it to my husband --always
  6. i eat the chocolate fudge first before the vanilla ice cream of Mc Donald's sundae
now i need to tag 6 friends... LITZIE, MAI, APOLS, PEACHY,EDS,ABIE!

on hoping

i still clearly remember how the husband and i felt during our first few months of being together after our wedding, how we are so concern of why we are not yet conceiving after the so many attempts of having a baby. the feeling of unworthiness after realizing that my period had just invaded myself left a lot of pressure on both of us. imagine, we are already thinking of going to a fertility clinic and having check by a known fertility specialist in our area. but thank God that after six months of waiting the positive sign came in our kit! i was just over exaggerating i guess. but for others, this issue is not as the same as what to our experience, thus some of this couples tends to get an IVF PGD or the implantation thing being done by specialist like Dr. Randy Morris of Chicago and Naperville, Illinois. there are numbers of couples who have said that after this treatment, they were able to succeed in conceiving.

seafood galore

what does the frightened oyster tells his starfish friend? "oh my goodness, that was the most Oysterrifying movie i ever saw!" yeah, i know it's corny! so bear with me alright? and speaking of this well known delicacy of the place i grew up i just recently heard that eating so much raw oysters can actually put you at risk! yes, eating frequently raw Gulf oysters can put consumers in potential hazards specially if you have liver disease or weak immune system that is why it is advisable for those people to avoid indulging themselves with this raw food. i mean, for people who are used to eating this kind of sea food it is such a hard thing to do in telling them to avoid or resist themselves in consuming since it has been one of most favored dish or appetizers. having it best paired with alcoholic drinks and known for it's aphrodisiac effects so as to say. but unfortunately, it has studies and findings that eat too much of this can cause serious effects and illness to ones health. so before having too much of this, at least be aware and be concern with your own health.

have you notice the displays on malls and shops today? the skimpy bikinis are all over the mannequins! i can't help but envy those who got the sexy bodies that can actually wear those sassy beach wears! having this oh so yucky pregnancy belly, how can i be able to fit in those sexy two piece suit? but that doesn't mean i can't enjoy the beach you know! my family are even thinking of having some grand time at one of the nearby beaches next month, that is why looking for a All Natural SPF 30+ Sunscreen is a must not just for me but for everyone in the family. with the super heat of the sun these days, it is a no-no to dried up under the sun without protection. especially for the kids. that is why i keep on searching for effective and advisable sunscreen brand to buy and heard a lot of positive reviews on UV Natural Sunscreen brand in the market, having used only natural ingredients i think this is the brand everyone must use.

happy together!

realty talks

now that my father is here, we are in the process of explaining things to him regarding the finished construction, there are some add ons that he wants to have since he thinks that this and that is still lacking with the apartment, and today we are set to apply for electricity connection for the construction. there are numbers of individuals who had asked for the the reservation and are actually willing to transfer that is why we need to make sure that water and electric supply is already done before we allow them to transfer. speaking of house and construction, i realized that it is really hard to managed one specially if you doesn't have the slightest idea on how to and what to do. that is why it is really an advantage to have Realtor near you to help in every real state seeking you need. just take for example my friend who just recently moved to California, after being so long stayed at the west coast she now has to transfer because of a job offer, but the problem rises when she needs to find herself a new place to stay. so she tends to search online for accredited realtor that can help with her dilemma. she found herself at droodio.com and saw a lot of realty offers such as real estate washington d.c. among many others. and right that very moment she was able to talk to one of the realtors and they are now scheduled to meet up to discuss her need.

lead dogs

speaking of dogs, do you know that using this animal for business logo creates a big buzz? that is what www.leaddogs.com have in mind when they decided to create their business name and logo. having dog means being so serious with the work they provide and even guarding it to the fullest. that is what this company is known for, having been worked with premium companies such as microsoft among many others they are the one who make sure that lead nurturing is being provided. making sure that they give their clients high quality b to be leading to sales. making sure that they keep an eye with the campaigns and having it stated that their revenues will really turn out into big earning sales.

new tech

with the technology rising today, even people from far away country can still be connected as if they are not hundred of miles away. lets just say for example the use of the IP Video Conferencing that is a well known created by the LifeSize channel high definition video communication using broadband connection. since it is being used in different and many countries, meaning the operations and supports is isn't a problem at all. something a company must have especially if there are branches scattered all over the world, with this technology, communication and accessibility wouldn't be a reason for miscommunication at all.

thinking out aloud

ive'd been thinking how lucky would be the one to get into the final one million jackpot round, i mean, getting so near to a million peso, whew, that would be so neat! right? Right. but of course not all people are as lucky as the few who get to play in the jackpot round. you see, you have to really conquer your fear and nervous odd feeling while playing. and for me? yeah, i got bitten by both, big time! thus making me look so stupid during the game. but it was all good, i mean for the experience, it was priceless! being chosen to play amongst the four hundred plus who got screened, i was indeed lucky to be part of the thirty players! and yeah, got consolation price too! enough to cover my gas and the pair of neat pants i bought for the game. lol. anyways, the one who got lucky enough to play in the jackpot round wasn't able to win the special package from the pick a letter draw, you see he was supposed to win an entertainment showcase which was so cool! having to own your new set of tv, component, dvd players et al, men, that would be so nice! all that is missing is the in demand popup tv lifts that well, you can just order for your new appliances! oh well, next time i promise to play harder! hahahaha!
