Taken last Saturday at Mc Donald's Cavite City, brought the kids for an afternoon fun at the play place :) they had a blast playing and we pigged out. But the highlight of our afternoon was when we saw the purple colored mascot Grimace! instant photo op! :)

Apartment Blessing

So the apartment warming pushed through last Wednesday! Though it was raining so hard for the past few days, it suddenly stopped to give way for the less than an hour blessing. No we didn't invite a lot of family friends this time, unlike to what we had two years ago for the blessing of the other set of apartments my parents own. This time, it was some few neighbors whom we invited, my mom just prepared sandwiches and drinks for snacks. Gave out few hundred coins for good luck, it was fun I tell you, our neighbors had a blast collecting the thrown out coins at the six door apartment. We finished after an hour and before everyone leaves, a friend of my mom gave a big Schlage lock as a gift! Just right for the main gate!

Do you have any suggestions on how to get rid of acne the fast and effective way? You see, there are some zits that come out after those sleepless nights I was online and prepping up my other blogs. I actually didn't mind it at all, because all the while it's just caused by my monthly hormonal revved up, until the husband noticed that there are still little ones sprouting! My goodness! I had to do something before this little freaks becomes out of hand you know. That is why I keep on asking friends on what to do or what to use asap. I also make sure to hit the sack as early as possible for a few days now. So what do you use, care to share?

Been reading a lot of travel sites that offers affordable deals and packages, not that we are going to have an out of town or of the country trip, its just that, as I notice, now is the time were this travel agencies offers such best priced deals, and I can't resist reviewing every single packages they have! Who knows, I might get to see a package that would suit our budget and maybe later on we can actually experience this out of the country trip we are eying for some time now. Anyways, part of the inclusions in the packages are the transfer shuttles, I mean, this is one important thing a tourist must not oversee, in fact, it is one of the important inclusions in every tour package. You do not want to spend all your hours waiting for bus or taxi in order for you to transfer from one place or another specially if you are not familiar with the place right? This made me remember my dad's stories whenever he comes home from his vacation, you see, he usually have a connecting flight at JFK airport, at times he even have to stay at New York for a day or two, that is why he make sure to get in touch with transport services available in the area like Newark Airport Transportation which he usually uses. It's Sunday and I am here working, er, not exactly working, my mom asked me to search for some patio furniture online, not that there's a patio in my parents house, its more of a terrace that is. So anyways, my mom just want to add some wood type of bench and some other mini stuffs as decoration for the house's terrace. You see, it has been years since we redecorate my parents house and now she just want to spice it up a bit before my dad comes home. So there, I would be checking out a lot of furniture shops online and see if there is something that would caught my mom's heart. And hopefully the good old carpenter would be able to copy the design.

Labu!

Today is one of the most memorable day in our life... the day when my daughter can say 'LABU!' it happened earlier this morning when she kisses me complete with her lips oh so pouted and after that she says, "LABU"! my heart melts at that moment, my daughter loves me! teehee! and when the husband came home I ask her to kiss him and she tells him 'Labu!' the father was so amazed that he asked her to repeat what she says, and Olin obliges!

Another perks of being a SAHM right? seeing and experiencing firsts of your child... it's truly amazing! love it!!! :)

As you read from my previous posts, one of my wish list before the year ends is to have my own Linksys router. Why Linksys? because there are a lot of recommendations from friends who are using this brand, they say that it is really worth every cent spent on the item. Plus, I remember that this is also the brand we are using on my previous company for the laptop units of the employees, and not a single rant was heard from them regarding the signal and the connection of their internet. The husband told me that he would get me one, soon, that is why I am asking him to accompany me to the mall to canvass for the right model that I would need here. I can feel that it would not take too long for me to go wireless baby! :)Here is one of the sample model I snagged from the official website, will let you know if this one would be my soon purchase.

general cleaning saturday

Thank God it's another Friday, well not that I have big plans for the weekend, but the fact that I just love weekends and the family day on a Sunday. Anyways, tomorrow will our cleaning day! General Cleaning it is, no reason for the husband to refuse. I set our bonding time on a Saturday to make sure that he is with me to help out, now that's wise move right? :) anyways, I called my mom a while ago and asked her to get me some used cardboard boxes from the mini grocery near her house so I can picked it all up later this afternoon. I need those boxes for some unused stuffs here and be placed in our storage room. Which also reminds me to let go of clothes that we are not using anymore, probably be given out to our relatives in the province. I just got to finish my work here and will start segregating clothes and other stuffs to send out.

Wish list before the year ends

Suddenly I realized that it half of the year had past and some plans and wants are still left on hang. Having a lot of unexpected expenses plus the hefty expected ones made our pockets drained, as in fighting for life kind of thing. So I list things on my mind those material and not so material wish list that I would want to have and achieve before this year ends...

• External Hard Drive -- for my photos, dslr files have huge resolution and I don't want to resize because most of it are not yet develop.
• Wireless Router -- for me to blog a lot more easier and so I can use my laptop wherever my daughter wants to stay inside the house, she most of the time refuses to stay long here in our bedroom.
• Treadmill and some Orovo detox pill for my weight issues.
• Semi-expensive bag :) since I still cannot afford those LV and Gucci totes yet...
  
• A trip outside the country for a quick vacation... Disney tour anyone?! :) wink! wink!
  
• or A trip within the country, like Boracay or Bohol or Palawan :)
• Leap Frog toys for the little one
• and some shopping money! :)

ah, it's just so nice to dream no? :) We better bet on the Lotto, who knows, the jackpot could be ours! lol or better yet, gear all my sites up, so fi-ar finds me and tasks and opps would shower upon me! :) bwahahahahaha

Look what my little girls loves to play? beside books, she also digs her princess ball! yup! she always plays with it, I never thought that little girls would love balls, but my Olin is so addicted to it! she even brings that with her on her tub during bath time! And even before she sleeps! see the photo, she is already on her jammies but still holding her favorite toy! ..makes me wonder where she got that liking? I never played nor wanted a ball when I was young! this, I need to ask the husband.... which reminds me, I also need to ask him where in the world he kept our mini Swiss Army.
