WS: fireworks

We were supposed to go home after a tiring whole day at the mall, until we heard the announcement of fireworks display at 7pm, so we decided to stay and wait for the fireworks. And it was a great idea! For we all enjoy the amazing display for 10 minutes or less, quite short but I guess it's alright. It really made us happy :D

Do you like lollipops?! do you want to have one of these huge Chupa Chups?! Uber big right?! I wonder how will a person be able to finish one big piece of that? My sister and niece pretty awed at those pieces the whole time we were at DFS. But I wasn't able to see the price of each. Now it intrigues me.

auditing and accounting

being a full time wife and husband makes me again ignorant with work related issues, basically after resigning from work my knowledge from a to z with work had long been gone, maybe left in my previous company, i actually doesn't have any regrets though, but sometimes there are still those moments i miss my office friends, not my work actually. although internet makes way for our communication, sometimes they can't always be available online because they got deadlines and urgents to meet. and having a new Japanese boss around, he is being audited by third party organization better known as Las Vegas Accounting Firm are the ones to evaluate. good thing i'm already out and free from there! now i can relax and free my mind from work related stress.

dentist tomorrow!

Tomorrow will be my re-schedule dentist appointment. I wasn't able to make it last Saturday because I had to run another errand and it took me a while to finish it all, so I had to call and cancel my dentist appointed to Tuesday which is tomorrow. Good luck to me! I'd probably have another set of pasta filling since there are some strange hurt feeling whenever I eat something sweet and cold. Anyways, speaking of dentists, I heard from my friend in the US how the people dig this orange nj dentist for the great service they provide and how affordable they charge to patients. Oh well, I'm sure my dentist is just the same as the ones they have in NJ!

my day today

I was just going to bum around the house today, as planned. But then that was a plan made some days ago.. when I told myself that to finish on time all my pending online works. one of my biggest concern is to have enough bank savings for our daughter. You know, having a growing kid also means one thing, growing spending too but the husband and I promised that as much as possible we will try to save for the daughter's sake, for her school and just in case of some emergencies we cannot control, having something to pull is one of the safest thing specially now that life is really getting hard, with the recession and all.
Anyways, speaking of bank savings, we usually apply for savings account and as much as possible we try to save on banks that has been in the business for a long time and has a name of stability just you know, to make sure. Dear daughter received so much gifts during her birthday last January and even until now, there are still a few coming in from those who weren't able to attend the party. there is even one guest that said they had the hard time looking for the 'it' birthday present for my little girl. it took us a while before we were able to open her loots, not until Sunday evening. with so many presents Olin was so confused on what to play first. so many photos were taken while we were opening her gifts, well you know how OC am I when it comes to that. speaking of baby loots, and the idea of buying gifts in more personalized way. I heard it's making a wave in the baby world products now, being so safe and hypo for the little ones skin like this pretty and dainty Baby Bedding Sets, it is one of the best gift one can give for a baby and we are just glad to receive not one but two sets of that well raved bedding sets for kids! Some nights ago I was able to watch a tv special about our old folks being taken care of those nursing home services somewhere in the US. It was heart breaking as a matter of fact and for some reason I cannot help but feel sad for the elders, well not that they are not given proper elderly carefind a nursing home nowadays, I guess it is better to scout and ask for the best and well raved homes in order to get the best service. Probably, that is one of the dilemma being faced by the western kids. for of course, they have the best of the finest nursing home there.
