a mac!

My sister is thinking of getting a new laptop, though this time she wants a MAC. Fab and extravagant, if you'd ask me. But well, I think she deserves it! After finishing College and doing good for the whole time, guess it's really time she gets a reward of some sort! Probably dad will give it to her anytime soon, as he, also prefers that brand after seeing a lot of his friends in the cruise ship using that. I even heard that they'd get an updated or additional mac memory or something. Which makes me wonder, when will I be able to get one for myself!? hahaha

acting up... again.

My laptop is once again acting up! already had this thing reformatted already but seems still not running good. I wonder what else to do with this! Giving me a headache almost everyday, argh. Guess I'd better rely on my online backup and have all my files be safe there, just in case this lappy crash or something soon. Oh well, probably it's because running for almost 4 years now is such a pain already, thus explains the frequent hang time and shutting down! crappy isn't?!

So my body clock is once again whacked up! blech. Maybe, just maybe I'm not supposed to live in this part of the earth, maybe, I belong to the US territory! or the European time zone or something... adopt me!!! c'mon, send us migrating papers and will pack up as soon as we can!!! hahahaha... wish ko lang!

thank heavens!

Thank heavens for answering my prayer! I just got an email today regarding my application for an online work as a writer! yey to that! and the buyer told me that if they love my work, they'd get me for a permanent position! woohoo! anyways, I just need to install this seo software before I start my work this coming Saturday. Which made me realize that my weekend plan is going to be call off. Oh well, that's life and we must embrace the changes! There is nothing to lose anyway right?! I got a new job to accomplish, so that means I'm really blessed!

day out in two days!

Midweek is here! it only means that my Friday off is about to come... looking forward for a day of self pampering at the spa. Hopefully I'd be able to schedule my facial session to get rid of blackheads and whiteheads and some what nots on my face! Also thinking of getting a massage, a whole body massage to total my relaxation. And yes, foot spa with pedicure too sounds great. I just hope that mom agrees on leaving her grand daughter to her care for a half day of my day out! Crossing fingers now :D

Though I'm still not sure, but I think... I want to own one of these bib necklace! You see, as I was reading about this cell mass review that my sister asked me to re write, I saw this site that sell out uniquely made fashion necklaces that can make a boring and dull outfit standout! I think it's perfect to wear over plain black top (just like what the model wear in the photos) with a low cut neckline or something.. it'll be the one to actually cover up the chest area. Something great for capturing attention instead on some other places right?! Alright, nuff with the hopping on shopping sites, gotta get back to my reading and re writing! ciao!

Oh I was just digging my flickr photos while reading about this alli diet pill when I see this...

And I wonder if you guys were able to see this already? I bet not. Unless if you are listed on my flickr and facebook, then probably you have seen this when it got posted last February.
For those who doesn't know the lovely ladies that I'm with in this picture, they are Glo (who came in from Boston) and Aggie - two of my online friends who turned out to be the coolest girls there is!
This was taken when we are about to go home after what, 43 hours straight of being together! We actually have so many photos (you can check out my flickr, follow me first if you are not listed so you can browse my 'for friends only' sets) that I will blog about in the next coming posts... but for now, let me just reminisce the fun moments that we had during Glo's stay by browsing through my photo sets.

My friend who is about to tie the knot next month asked me if I know anything about the best acne treatment in the market today. You see, she's having a terrible breakout of zits, exactly one month before her wedding! and that we know is such a terrible thing to have right?! so there, she has less than a month to get all those unwanted pimples out of her face. Any suggestion on what she can try?
Anyways, speaking of her upcoming wedding, while searching for acne treatments online, I found this super cute couple pillow cases! really nice isn't?! actually, I'm already thinking of ordering a couple of cases to give my soon to wed friend on their wedding!

busy weekend

It was a super busy weekend for us, and I still can feel the tiredness it has given my body. I was supposed to go to my doctor for my schedule checkup, but heck, I'm way too lazy to move a finger.
Anyways, so for those who wonder what kept us busy last weekend, it was my sister's College graduation last Friday and our family outing yesterday. So really, those were energy drenching events! And to add up to that, my mom and dad keeps on telling me to have the photos develop as soon as possible.I guess they wanted to have the photos be hang on our wall or something. So there, I'm reading about this color printing that I might try in order to save up on printing or something. I'll see if this scheme is better than the one we use for printing...

online buying conflict

This post will serve as my reminder for a task I need to do within this week. You see, a friend asked me a favor to order something for him online, computer memory to be exact. And so I did it and the item was delivered after a week or so after I placed my order. Unfortunately, the item that arrived was the wrong one! the model was totally different from the one we placed. Bummer huh, you bet! And the thing is, we can't contact the seller anymore, and I worry if they would even try to have the item replace or offer us refund!
And what I'm doing now? reading guidelines and stuff for me to do the right approach so they'd offer us a positive response. And ye, hoping to get suggestions from you guys too.. let me if you have anything to say or suggest, alright?

campaign business

If I'd be given a chance to get into business this season, I'd probably be on the printing press and Banner stand making or distribution stint. Why, because it's the hippest thing to be at now! now that the Presidential election is just months away, huge orders of posters, banner stands and the likes are practically pouring in! I even heard that some printing companies just closed their ordering because they are already full on orders as early as now. That means, their business is on boom! And of course, that is what every businessman wanna be wants right!? a successful and growing business. Actually, having one like that or just plainly being a distributor of the said items is just promising, because there are often need of posters and tarpaulins including stands on most occasions. We all know that a birthday party is not complete without a huge welcoming poster on the entrance of the venue and another huge one on the center stage! And not only on birthdays, even on weddings, graduations, baptisms and sadly, on funerals too. It's actually a trend that I think will never lose strike since people already embraced the fact that having a huge signage or poster is part of everyone's special occasion.

Kia

As most you know, dear husband know so much about cars and that stuff that has to do it. In fact, he has been in the buy and sell business for quite a while making him a pro on that field. Anyways, since he often talks about that most of the time, since I'm interested to learn too, he once told me that there are really certain car brands that are sale-able and others that are not. Though he has a point, I beg to disagree on most part of that because I still believe that there are still open chances for the other brands to come up with a unique of it's own model that if given a chance will sure hit high on sales and in the market. Let's just say this kia forte, as we all know Kia cars are very low priced compare to the other competitor in the field, but with this model that has a gained great feed backs from buyers and users made it to the top of the most wanted car of the year! Imagine having to own a surprisingly good looking unit with details as almost the same as the other top notch brand there is, but way too affordable compare to the others. So there, I think Kia will soon be hitting the ladder of success anytime soon with this model. Just my cents though.

something healthy - oatmeal cookies

Oh I love oatmeal cookies, the texture and the taste itself makes me want to have more! And yes, I also dig anything cinnamon, so what if oatmeal cookies comes up with a cinnamon taste?! it's heaven! :D That is why, when quaker oats release their new line of product of oatmeal cookies, I shrieked. Though I've been a long fan of Keebler's, can't control myself to try this brand too. And as expected, it's good! pretty cool for something healthy, good for the heart. Really good for the oldies too since it'll contribute great effect for their heart.
And speaking of the oldies, I remember that my folks asked me to search affordable instant life insurance quote that they may acquire. Any heads up on this?

d40 to d90 - sweet!

I am now tweaking and fiddling my new toy. In fact, I'm reading the manual now! oh yeah, multi-tasking is definitely my game, ya' know. Since there are so many new buttons and settings to know on this toy, I vowed to fully understand everything and anything about this to maximize the function of all every time I'll shoot. As of now, understanding fully about shutter release is where I'm at, oh no, it's totally different about exterior shutters if that's what on your mind though.
Anyways, though I am loving to bits my new camera, I still can't refuse but use my beloved D40.. that has been with me for almost three years now, even found myself browsing through my flickr account and I can't believe how great it has served me!
Let me just share with you one of my favorite snap using my trusted eldest baby... I just love the colors and details of this shot.

nutrients supplement

Of course every parent want to have their kid fully nourished by eating the right type of foods and proper nutrition. Unfortunately for some, they can't get they children eat, some refuse to eat everything but milk. That is why I think, there are now supplements that are made for the future champions. Supplements in order to cover up the lack of nutrients their little body needs. I wonder if they can have this protein powder too, or they are just too young for it? care to share your two cents?

new do

After finally convincing myself, I decided to had my hair trimmed! Last week, I went to my stylist's salon and had my mane cut. And yes, I also had it colored in ash brown and a treatment reconditioning afterward. So as ever photo addict, here are my shots of the before and after! And by the way, I also went home with whole lot of goodies including the world's best hair loss shampoo and styling serum too! Sweet! :D
