Thankful for DVD-R

I’m really not a mainstream techie person, actually I need to read and read before I’d be able to understand instructions on gadgets or whatever that has something to do with technology. But one thing is for sure, aside from being thankful for my challenge coins collections, I am very very happy with DVD-R! Shallow it may seem, but really, this baby makes my work a way lot easier! Being able to save files (that are soooooo huge) without having to worry on disc space capacity! And yes, now I really had a farewell ado with CDR :D:

70th Birthday Shoot

If you are wondering what in the world I am doing now, since it’s been hours the last time I made myself visible, something that very not-so-me. It’s just that I’m on a rush to finish some post processing schedules that I need to meet before weekend. Actually, there is only one event left to do but it’s pretty much needing more attention specially since it’s an adult affair, it’s more serious and formal compare to a wacky children’s party And speaking of adult event, it was then when I saw handful of cheap avo cigars being distributed to old folks after dinner and was truly amazed on how they puffed their huge cigars as if it’s nothing! Unfortunately, they wouldn’t want to be captured because their kids might see them puffing cigars online! haha.

Churches

I was doing some clean up on my online photo albums when I saw these churches facade shots I took during the Lenten season last April. Can’t really tell if I was able to blog about these but anyways, here I am now. Actually, the churches nowadays are getting fancier and are truly using high end sound and lights equipments already. Something that made my dad really surprises as he found Bose and Denon speakers scattered or shall I say, well lay out all over the this one particular church in Tagaytay complete with all the works like hdmi video cables, projectors and incredulously huge white board! Yes, churches now are definitely well equip to serve their congregation and the people well.

Pine Doors

Pine is a softwood which is commonly used in the manufacture of furniture including interior doors. Softwoods come from cone-producing, evergreen trees and other common examples include fir, cedar and spruce. Pine is a popular softwood for interior doors as it grows relatively quickly compared to other trees and it is easy to work with, reducing the cost of the final product. This low cost also makes it popular with customers who need interior doors that will fit a low budget. Pine is a pale coloured wood that can be manufactured into a range of different styles and sizes or interior door. However, as it is usually featured as a low cost option the range of pine interior doors available tends to be restricted to the more traditional designs such as two, four and six panel interior doors although companies are also starting to produce more contemporary versions to meet the demand for interior doors which are cheap but still stylish.

Although good quality pine interior doors can look quite attractive, interior doors using a lower grade timber are more common and this results in most pine interior doors featuring unsightly knots and burs and an uneven colour tone. This is why pine interior doors are the most popular choice for interior doors that are going to be painted; they are cheap to buy and if the grain is simply going to be covered with a layer of paint then the customer does not have to worry about purchasing the highest grade of pine interior door. However, pine interior doors do not only tend to be inferior in terms of their aesthetics but also in their quality. Pine creates a less durable interior door than others that can be found on the market and so buying a pine interior door purely on the basis of price may turn out to be a false economy as they may need replacing more regularly. There is also the fact that the majority of interior doors made of pine are mass produced in China with little regard for the look and quality of the finished product which can cause quite obvious inconsistencies in the look of the doors which may be particularly apparent if hung in doorways which are positioned close to one another.

It should also be taken into account that there are different types of pine that are used for interior doors. The most common of these are clear pine, knotty pine and pitch pine. There is little visible difference between these although as you would expect knotty pine contains the most knots and is considered the least attractive of the three. It is therefore also the cheapest. In comparison, interior doors made using clear pine have a more consistent grain and so are aesthetically more pleasing. Pitch pine is very similar in appearance to clear pine although it has a tighter grain which reflects its higher density – this density makes it a stronger timber and so interior doors made of pitch pine are the most expensive type of pine interior doors.

Overall pine interior doors are good for customers with a tight budget or if the grain of the door is not important, for instance if it is going to be painted over. The inferior quality of pine interior doors should be considered although the possibility of compromising by purchasing an interior door made of pitch pine is also a factor to think about.

quick post

I know, I know. Been a total slack lately for not posting my current covered events. It’s just that I’ve been so busy with my full time job recently and my photos to edit are just on a huge pile that I need to finish as early as possible before my clients gets bored from waiting. So anyways, I'm just here to drop by a few and check out this rv insurance that the husband asked me to read about before I proceed to my eight hour online job – which happens to be quite hard that it practically eats up my half of my  day. Oh well, I gotta do what I need to do, and that includes sacrifice on other things, such as going out! Whew.

Loan Method That Suits Me

Title loans are getting more and more popular these days because of the less hassle of getting funded compared to other loaning method. Title loan is; get funded in exchange for a title of your assets as the collateral. Without assets like automobiles, real estate, insurance policies, valuables and collectibles, cash accounts etc. it’s impossible to get funded by this method of loaning. So, I would emphasize on that part so you’ll have the hint avoiding from barking up the wrong tree.

You have to secure a copy of your asset’s title for the reason you’ll be giving the original one to the funder office. A title loan representative will assist you on the process of getting all the requirements and usually the process won’t take more than 30 days, unlike the other methods. Well, it depends on the client’s case, so I would encourage “clear title” meaning title without any pending payments or ownership issues. Once you agreed with their terms and agreements, you have to make sure you are aware of everything especially of the payments system they’ve prepared. This funding company will usually add interests unto your original requested fund; you just have to make sure your income will be able to keep up with the payments.

Online title loan will totally make it a lot easier for you. Think of the miscellaneous expense of getting everything processed, coming and going out of the office and things like that is; unnecessary. This brilliant approach will make and suit your time and information needs, conveniently!

K Snaps Photography

sample_4 sample_1

Now that my K SNAPS Photography website is almost done, just some little tweaking and revisions and it’ll soon be release, I also thought of doing some changes with my first business card design. Not that I want some Embossed Graphics effect or anything fancy, just a few sample photos will do and a little less of talkies below. It’s more nice to look at and it gives a quick glimpse of what I offer to those I hand out my business card too, a summary of what I offer as a photographer with sample photos of different occasions and events.
